D? always appears in my home

Hello everybody, I have a litlle problem that is annoying me. I don't no why and when, but without any reason (or any reason known by me :P) sometimes appears in my home empty files named like D? sometimes, if i dont remove it, the next is called with other strange name. It isnt very dangerous but I dont know if something is failing. If someone have any idea... thanks for reading and answering

pd: sorry for my terrible english
edited: I forgot to say that I'm using Debian Sid, if it helps
