where are the device drivers located(folder)

It all depends, usually they are loaded from the kernel which is usually located in /usr/src

If you provide more details on what specifically your looking for it might be easier for anyone here to help and give you an exact answer.

Also, any reason why your title has a bunch of garbled up characters? Hopefully that's not on purpose as its just tacky.
