{version} and {arch} question.

I installed Mandrake 9 last night for the first time. I found out I have a win modem and with the help of this fight a driver I hope works. I read the install file and from what I have read I need to do this:

rpm -i hcfpcimodem-{version}-{arch}.rpm, where would I find {version} and {arch}?

Any help would be great full.

version means version.......
hmm... well.... thats a crap explanation...

if the vversion of A_Program was 2.4 then A_Program-{version} woule be A_Program-2.4

as for Arch... this is the architechture of your processor.

x86_64 = 64bit x86 processors.
ppc = power pc (macintosh)
i686 = an i686 (PC)
i586 = an i586 PC
i486... well, you get the idea.

arch will probably be i386 for a driver.
