[help] need link to download htb tools for ubuntu server


according to the title,,i've installed an ubuntu server version 12.04 LTS on my pc, which has a dual core processor ( G630 ), and when i try to download the htb tools, it says "404:not found or 404:its gone"....and i dont know what to do next, and being so desperate,,can anyone tell me where to download the htb tools which supports for the i686 processor..?

I've never heard of htb tools, are you referring to the bandwidth management software described at the site below?

If so, I notice the most recent release notes for it are five years old. Several other sites showed no recent activity so I'm wondering if it's still being developed. Have you tried the Ubuntu Software Center or apt-get?

yes its the bandwidth management usually use in ubuntu server to manage the bandwidth, been using this tool in a 478 processor and work just fine, but when i try to download it from a pc which using a dualcore processor, i always get the message error 404: not found or error 404: its gone, and yes i've tried to use the apt-get command, and the results is..no such package..i dont know...but thanks for replying..i really dont know where to ask..hope i could get some help from this forum..
