i want to ask..
why if press CTRL+ALT+T not show terminal ?
how to make it ?

You will have to tell us what window manager you're using: KDE, Gnome, Unity, LXDE/Openbox, Fluxbox, XFCE, something else... Each one has a correct way to configure keyboard shortcuts.

If you are using Ubuntu, go to system settings and then keyboard (under Hardware section) and then there is a tab for shortcuts. Just chnge the shortcut for "Launch Terminal" to something else.
