How can I change permanently MAC address in Zenwalk?

Hi,

you can't permanently change it but you can configure your networking to automatically spoof the mac address. This is (or was) on the zenwalk wiki. The following link is googles cache of the page.

AFAIK this is the same for standard Slackware, so the slackbook documentation should apply too. See:
