Can someone tell me how to setup Zenoss or Nagios to monitor web usage for 50 users. The documentation is minimal. Can someone recommend anything better?

What exaclty would you like to monitor? I know zenoss from a user perspective. When you have to monitor several hosts, it can be done with zenoss.
