yum update proftpd 530 login incorrect

Before i did the yum update , my proftpd server is work normally.
After the yum update , the proftpd server cannot getting in .
the message is 530 login incorrect.
I checked the config file before and after the yum update still the same .
Also , the password and the login name of the users haven't been changed .

when i use anonymous login without password, it works normally.
BUT when i add the password to the anonymous account or other users account, it cannot login and
with message 530 login incorrect.
