X terminal setup
 

first off, i'm a newbie but very willing to learn .
I'm going to get myself an old 486, so I would love to take this opportunity and get that old box to connect via the X terminal to my current pc, running Mandrake 10.0 CE.

So i was hoping that anyone could point me in the right direction and perhaps a how to, from beginning to end sort of thing. I have read up on the web and have found a few howto's, but unfortunately they all seem to lose me somewhere along the line.
eg. I don't know if you would have to set up the two pc's inside of mandrake to be connected via mandrake control center before you go ahead with configuring the x config files.
another eg. do i have to do a full installation on the client side or do I get a floppy to boot off?

So a real howto with explanation is really what i need

Sorry for the re post but just to clarify that only a point to a good howto webpage is necessary, not a full reply with all steps as that will take a long time , I know
