Wu-FTP / Restricting users to one directory

Hi everyone. I'm not a Linux newbie, but it's the first time I'm setting up ftp on an insecure network.

I need to make an account for people that can log on the system via ftp with a password, but are not supposed to leave the specified directory. I have managed to get the ftp program to start the connection on that directory (/home/samba/ftp) via the /etc/passwd, but they can still leave it.

What have I forgotten?

I'm running the server on SuSE Linux 7.3.
