Workgroup vs Domain configuration

Hi Friends,

If any one knows "How to configure workgroup in linux", please let me know..

My Requirement is "I want to create one group ,under that some computers will be there(like LAN).And these, any Computer can able to share files among other computers which are under same work group"

How can i achieve ,....this requirement....

any inputs are appriciable....

Hi Santosh

your question is very broad.
Read some of the existing documentation: Samba Howto's or "Samba By Example" to be found on the website.
If you're familiar with debian look at the "Samba up and running Now" doc on
