WLAN connection problem in ubuntu

hi,
I am having problems conneting to WLAN. The network manager keeps asking for the pass-phrase again and again even though I give the correct key every time. However, when I boot Vista, it works perfectly. My card is Intel 3945. Can anyone tell me how to resolve this issue?

Well I can't tell you what's failing if I can't see anything... the information here just is not enough.

If you type ifconfig eth0 and copy and paste the information here might be able to figure something else. Also if you can copy and paste the information relating to eth0 in I believe it's /etc/networking/interfaces on Debian based distros. Could see if their is anything I could suggest after I can see that... Else wise there is just nothing to go on in here it's too uninformative.
