Wired and wireless networks do not work (parrot linux)

Background:

I have a freshly installed parrot linux with its default network manager, also tried two other installs, nothing

Realtek for the ethernet card
Mediatex MT7630E for the wifi adapter

Also I have no access to the internet whatsoever on linux, and its not a hardware failure as windows can connect both ways

Problem:

Basically when i plug the ethernet I don't get connection at all itm ut doesn't even try to recognize th econnect as nothing had happened.

Same thing with the wireless card.

when i type
Code:
ifconfig
it only shows the loopback without the ethX or wlanX:

Code:
lo: flags=73<UP,LOOPBACK,RUNNING> mtu 65536
	inet 127.0.0.1 netmask 255.0.0.0
	inet6 ::1 prefixlen 128  scopeid 0x10<host>
	loop txqueuelen 1000 (Local Loopback)
	RX packets 4 bytes 240 (240.0 B)
	RX errors 0 dropped 0 overruns 0 frame 0
	TX packets 4 bytes 240 (240.0 B)
	TX errors 0 dropped 0 overruns 0 carrier 0 collisions 0

I have a few questions for starters.

Does the wireless and wired connection work with another computer?

Have you successfully used the wired and wireless connections in that computer with another OS?

What are the network chipsets in that box? (The command lspci issued in a terminal will reveal that information; you may have to issue the command as root.)

If you are talking about the modem then yes other computers work just fine whether it was wired or wireless.

In the computer with the problem both wireless and wired connections work just fine using windows.

the output for lspci is:
