winbind and Upper/lowecase issues

I have winbind properly installed and it auth's to our network fine. The only issue I am having now is that it sees all users as: DOAMIN+user. When I login via outlook it passes domain+user (all lowercase). Linux think's the user doesn't exist. Any thoughts on getting both upper and lower case to work?

Thanks.
