Wifi resource link

My aim is to link ubuntu server with wifi as a resourse. Not sure what I'm missing to achieve what I'm after
Using 2 servers. Ubuntu Servers A> storm B> ronan

Storm description
Eth0 internet
Eth1 local lan (win pcs) mikrotik router for wifi AP

Ronan description
Eth0 internet
Eth1 local lan (win pcs)
Wlan0 wifi

Ronan is connecting to storms local lan with wpa_supplicant and static ip. I'm trying to make both local lan from a and b viable to each other. Can this be achieved with iptables and maybe static route. Wish to avoid using VPN
