WiFi Multicast to Unicast AP Programming

I'm running an AP on an embedded Linux device and am interested in improving the multicast/broadcast transmission reliability by doing a multicast/broadcast to unicast translation. The number of connected clients I will have is low as are my data rates but it's critical all multicast traffic and broadcast traffic is reliably sent to all clients so I was considering replicating the data and sending as unicast. Has anyone ever done this or have a good approach for doing it. I was going to go down the rout of using iptables and -j TEE.
