Wi-Fi Hot Spot software

Hello all,
Does anyone know where I can find open source software to run a Wi-Fi Hot Spot.
I've found apps for doing a "community" setup but we will need to be able to charge enough to cover the cost of SDSL per month and don't want to join Boingo, Joltage, etc.
Thanks
