People are trying to help you, so please calm down. There is no magic to getting this to work, information has to be gathered first. The output of lspci -k indicated that the device is being driven by r8169.

The output of ifconfig -a and iwconfig are telling... perhaps the 2.6.32 kernel does not support this device. Need to investigate further.

Hi,

ahh, ok I see now that I misread the output from lspci -k. The r8169 module is for the wired interface, not the wireless. Doing some research I see that you need the rtl8192ce module that was first introduced in the 2.6.38 kernel.

Wow, never realized the driver was that "new".

The way you do it

same with code

Ok, now to the point, the driver you need is rtl8192ce

In this case you might need to upgrade to a newer kernel
