[SOLVED] Why change mac address by hostap?

Dear sir.

My physical wifi interface is see below.

Code:

wlan0     Link encap:Ethernet  HWaddr 60:C9:80:31:99:06

After started hostapd daemon

Code:

wlan0     Link encap:Ethernet  HWaddr 60:C9:80:31:99:30

Why change the mac address after running hostapd?

Please advise to me.

The hostapd support Multiple SSID. It need alocate a range of MAC address to support the feature.
