Where do I put network settings?


I've only used DHCP before and never manually configured my internet connection up until now because I had set up a wireless ethernet bridge.

Here are my current settings for Windows that makes everything work:

Where would I place this settings to make my internet work on *nix?

/etc/network/interfaces
or you could install wicd or networkmanager, to have a grafical interface where you can configure the network
