What should I do in this case of Broadcast on my WAN Switch??

Now it was previously and recently I added a linksys SLM224G with VLAN2=WAN Switch and VLAN3=LAN Switch. Thus eliminated the switches as they get hang after a while. After doing a packet capture for only 5 mins (not even promiscuous mode) on the WAN VLan, I found the capture file attached. Now my question is why I'm seeing all these broadcasts and though I have blocked those IP blocks on my firewall to reject, but what possible problems can they cause (my switch is all time busy because of them). I need suggestion plz...
