What can I use for my VPN? I am in desperate need...

I don't know anything about VPNs... But I know a lot about Linux!

I have a T1 connection with 5 static IP numbers my ISP gave me. I do not know what IP Masquerading will do for me, but I heard it is beneficial for security and for people with only one IP. Basically, I need a VPN for myself. I have a file server and a Netscreen 5GT firewall (which I am willing to give up for a new solution).

I need to know what I can do. Is there anything I can do?

My goal and my needs are:

To make it where I can be on the road at a hotel, connect to my fileserver at work, and I can do my work from there without any troubles. I have seven employees that need access from home and offsite as well. What can I do to achieve that?

I NEED security though. I have accounting stuff that can give people access to my company's bank account. And I am I cannot give up security for "simplicity".

I can do a linux firewall / router if needed. I can use a Red (WAN), Green (switch), Blue (server / security cam comp), Yellow (wireless) interface configuration, but I like what I have right now,,,

However, I said I am willing to give it up.

Can someone give me a simple solution to make where me and my employees can access my Gentoo Linux server, my desktops, and other stuff from work without sacrificing security.

The laptops that are offsite are Windows 2000 Pro by the way... (If that helps)

If your requirements are more adhoc, you can use SSH with tunnels (if needed).
