What's the easiest way to see if my nntp connection is encrypted?

Hi guys,

What's the easiest way to see if my nntp connection is encrypted? I have wireshark installed but I don't know what to select. I want to see the actual data coming in so I can verify it's working.

Thanks,
Rand
