webmin


i tried running webmin and i got this line:

/usr/bin/webmin
Starting Webmin [ OK ]
Installation problem. Please reinstall.

why is it telling me to reinstall?

sorry... forgot to add this...

according to the docs i am supposed to be pulling this up in the browser: https://localhost:10000

im assuming this means to access localhost at port 10000 and then for some reason it goes to the netscape website...

anyone have any idea why?

Did you reinstall it like it said to do? If not try that then use the browser again.

ok... i got to work and i like it but i feel like it could be used tocontrol too many things... afterall it is accessed with https... is this site accessible from the web where anyone can take a shot at it? i have it set to where you get 2 tries and then it shuts down... do any of you think that is secure enough?
