W2K policies

Hello

I am using Mandrake 9.0 as a server, in a network with W2K workstations.
I have installed samba and logon validation is working.

Is it possible to make system policies on the W2K workstations from the Linux server? So that when the users login, on the W2K Workstations, they will get their own policy. E.g the users should not be able to use the RUN menu.

How do i make linux manage such policies or do i have to set it up on every single workstation?

The users should roam from machine to machine with their own policy and profile.
