Question W2K Debian Samba remove printer


How do I remove the printer Samba shares out? I did try to rem it our (in smb.conf) but that didnt help.

I assume that you mean that you commented it with "#" or ";".

Do you wish to remove a single printer or all of them?

To remove them all, look for, "load printers =", this should be set to no.

To test what your smb.conf is offering up, run, "testparm -s | less"
