VPN server to VPN server IP Address auto route

Hi,

I cant sleep at night because im thinking how to establish (2) VPN PPTP Server?

First VPN PPTP Server has 2 LAN Card eth0 is the Static IP of ISP Provider and eth1 is the Local IP (192.xxx.xxx.xxx) that will route in our department connected to Switch HUB.

for example i have 3 workstation

1st assigned 192.168.1.102
2nd assigned 192.168.1.103
3rd assigned 192.168.1.104

so no need to have a GUI login session in the workstation side instead of that it will automatically distribute once I plug it in the Switch HUB of any Laptop or Desktop PC.

and second VPN PPTP server that will connect to my First VPN PPTP server that will route the local IP from my first VPN PPTP server to switch HUB

for example

first VPN server
eth0: 211.10.345.1 <---- Static IP from ISP
eth1: 192.168.1.1

Second VPN Server
eth0: 211.11.348.2 <---- Static IP from ISP
eth1: 192.168.1.2

Once both server are connected together the Local IP from my first server will route it automatically in the second server that connected to another Switch HUB

so the Laptop or Desktop also no need to have a GUI Login Session it automatic assigned IP.

Sorry but i dont know how I call it if is it a VPN Bridge Network

Is this Possible?
I hope someone could understand my English.

Thanks
