Smile vpn routing without the gateway

Hello all,

I am using netgear for my VPN connection. My dedicated server is using 2 nics. One connected to the internet and one to the netgear. I already had everything running when I put a gateway in the eth1.

My problem is, how do I make VPN work without the gateway? How do I do the routing?

Here are some information:
My netgear's internal ip is and my dedicated server's ip address is

When connected to netgear, I can ping but cannot ping the dedicated server's ip which is

Any help would be highly appreciated.
