VPN question

Is there any way to asign a "static" name for the virtual interfaces of the pptpd daemon ?
I managed to asign ip's to the vpn account's ( for example username gravas gets the 192.168.0.2 ) but i cannot find a way to asign and a interface name . For example i want to asing ppp0 to username gravas , ppp1 to usernamex and so on .

Is this thing possible ?

Thank you in advance and excuse my english
