vpn problems

hi

i can't connect to vpn using my computer over pptp and openvpn , i feel that issue beyond beyond my control and in isp's because they blocked some vpns recently.

how i can know which sites/providers are effected ?

also possibly i ran some updates for my ubuntu os that could changed some settings...i have dual operating system both are linux i don't know where the problem is and how to diagnosis it .

most errors are common nothing were unique to me to find quicker solution on google

furthermore i have a vps with openvpn setup and it can establish connection and bind the server but i'm not able to browse internet .

tonight i tested vpn service via other line/router/isp/linux distro, still i have troubles .

I don't think it's your ISP, unless they are blocking openvpns default ports, there is no way for them to block the traffic.
The way they block VPN traffic is to blacklist the ip/hostname and port, so check to see if the port is being filtered.
