I hope that someone can help me out.

Looking at the /var/log/messages file I get the entries as follows:

Hi Machiel,
Can you please give a little bit more detail on your setup and the command you issued giving you these errors?

VPN failing on Ubuntu 10.04

HI, well I used the Gui setup tool when you click on the networking icon and select create VPN. I am connected to the internet using a 3G usb device which works fine. However after entering all the vpn details required, and I select to connect to the VPN then it fails. The errors produced was then found in the /var/log/messages file.
