VPN Client

My work uses Nortel VPN for remote access. For Windows, they provide the Nortel Contivity VPN Client. Whilst Nortel do offer a Linux Contivity client, work don't offer it so I was wondering if anyone knew of a free, compatible alternative, preferably one that's open source?
