in a console, entered:
vncserver :2 -geometry 1280x1024
which did give me the 1280x1024 resolution that I wanted. I think that the script /etc/rc.d/init.d/vncserver needs to be fixed to allow for the:
VNCSERVERARGS[1]="-geometry 1280x1024"
argument to be passed to the command. I am not that well versed in scripting in bash(I think it is a bash script cuz of the !/bin/bash on the first line.) I think the offending line lookss like:
"su${display##*:} -c \"cd ~${display##*:} && [ -f .vnc/passwd ] && vncserver :${display%%:*}\""
I think that after the last {display%%:*} somewhere the VNCSERVERARGS should be plugged in to make it a truly configurable setup. How would that be done.
