VNC over Internet
 
I have setup VNC on my linux box. I am successful at using VNC on my LAN:
$vncviewer 192.168.1.101:1

However, I have not been successful using VNC over the Internet. I have opened port 5901 at my Linksys router/firewall, but I am not able to connect to my VNC Server.
$mydomain:1

Does anyone know what might be at the heart of this issue? Is this a setting in vncserver? or perhaps the Fedora Core 4 firewall blocks outside IP addresses at 5901?

Nevermind, I figured it out...
System Settings > Security Level > add port 5901:tcp
