VNC client connection
Hello,
i have some questions that i hope u can answer me..
so.. i configured a vncserver in my home pc using Fedora Core 4.. and from the same pc i could connect to the server using vncviewer ip:9
i disabled the fw so there wouldn't be any out of localhost ip difficulty
when i come to my work.. i tried to connect using browser that supports java runtime environment and when i insert the ip and the port 5809 it popups me a window called VNC Viewer : Connection Details
and then it asks me again for the server ip.. i insert him again... and then.... puff another popup telling me: "java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect.
why is this happening? how can i solve this difficulty! ty for some help and your attention!
