VMware on Mandrivia 2005LE, problem with handling 2 eth cards


Hello,I've installed vmware on my Mandrivia 2005 and used it to host a win xp. I have 2 eth cards, one to internet and another to the LAN (and to internet via the gateway of the LAN),my aim is to share the cards between the two OS. VMware bridged XP to eth0 (the one directly attached to internet). Using linux, I configured eth0 to be DHCP (and I noted the address) and eth2 to got a static address from my lan. Afterwards,in Xp, I set the connection to be static (I cannot got a DHCP address...) and I set the same address that I noted previously. This way I got the dhcp address via linux and then set it manually on windows.

192.168.0.0 * 255.255.255.0 U 10 0 0 eth2
5.244.184.0 * 255.255.248.0 U 10 0 0 eth0
default 5.244.184.1 0.0.0.0 UG 0 0 0 eth0
default 192.168.0.1 0.0.0.0 UG 10 0 0 eth2

Normally I obtain somthing like this...And it doesn't work. I mean,with linux I can use the net w/o any problem, with windows, I periodically got and error like "IP conflict on the net".
Sometimes (using the madrake configuration panel) I don't know why and how exactaly,I got a configuration like:

192.168.0.0 * 255.255.255.0 U 10 0 0 eth2
default 192.168.0.1 0.0.0.0 UG 10 0 0 eth2

And both linux and windows run with no problems...Some other time I got other configuration in which also eth0 is visibile and it works too...
All I do is to remove and to re-create the connections...
Moreover when I boot the machine,the routing table is totally screwed up with other devices such as sl0,lo and other IP for eth0....

When I obtain a working configuration,I cannot re-obtain it at boot...

Any idea?
