Vmware guests drop connectivity randomly

Hi Guys,

I am having a problem with my VMWare environment. I have a DB2 database on a VM guest as well as SAP environment with an NFS share (CI). I have four Application guest VM's as well that connect to the NFS share (CI). After a reboot i cannot connect to the nfs (CI) VM from the APP VM's, and it is unable to ping the (CI). It also just drops the connection during working hours and over night. I am able to ping the APP VM's from the (CI) and after that the APP VM's are able to connect and ping the (CI) VM, and every thing starts to work like normal, until they drop the connection.

I keep the VMWare patched and up to date regularly. The host VM runs on an IBM blade cluster.

Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Sounds like the CI has some type of APM setup on the machine or devices.
