vmware bridged network

this is ugly but I've got to figure out if it cane be done.

I've got to bridge two IP's on separte subnets.

publicIP HostOS <--> GuestOS
privateIP HostOS <--> GuestOS

all on the same vmnet

is this possible? has anyone done it?

HostOS = Linux RH3 ES
GuestOS = WinNT4

Thanks,

Ed
