VM-Ware Issue


Hi all!!
I am new in Redhat and i installed VM-Ware 7.0 on RHEL 5.4 IP(192.168.0.254) and install Window xp Sp3 as a guest on Vm-Ware. so plz tell me how to connect RHEL to Xp.plz tell me step by step bcoz i don't know how to configure it.

i'll thankful to yours forever.

What you need is the samba client binaries on your machine.
This way you can connect to a windows share.
One of the commands is smbclient.
You will then be able to configure /etc/fstab to connect to the XP at bootup.

For more detailed information I suggest you do some googling and if you have specific questions or issues, you open another thread
