vhosts set up for a new shell service

Hey all...

I have been trying to start a shell service since last summer. For one reason or another I have been side tracked, (the last reason, the birth of my daughter 4 weeks ago).

Since last summer I have been trying to find information on setting up vhosts on the servers.

I have googled till I'm blue in the face. I have read hundreds of threads on vhosts, all of which seems aimed at vhosts set up in conjuction with apache servers. Or someone wanting to use one ip and several domain names.

I have recently acquired...

2 dedicated servers both running CentOS 3.4 (a stipped down ver of RHL 3.0ES)
A third server to be used as a webserver
64 ips, 32 for each server for use with vhosts

I am NOT looking for someone to do it for me but I could sure use some help!

Thanx in advance!
