Using FrontPage with a Linux Server

Can you upload through FTP of Frontpage to a Unix based server not having FP extensions?
To which directory I will upload?
Thanks

Sure can...
but if the pages have FP extensions in the html, they won't do anything on the server..
without the appropriate plugins/modules.. depends on the webserver being used..

The ftp server decides where the pages will go.
Each login name will have rules about directories etc
