USB Drivers

Hi all,

Im trying to find USB Drivers for the motorola SB5100. Im am using SuSE Linux 9.1.
I can use it via ethernet connection but I have a home network set up so I prefer to keep my ethernet card free for that.
Ive tried google but cant find them. Im reasonably new to linux and havnt used it in a couple of years so an idiots guide would be appreciated :-D

Many thanks

use kernel 2.6.xxx

with your card's driver inbuilt in it

in short compile your own kernel

I found in an older thread that somebody managed to do it by compiling their own kernel. They said that their configuration was

CONFIG_USB=y
CONFIG_USB_UHCI_HCD=y
CONFIG_USB_USBNET=y
CONFIG_USB_CDCETHER=y

Could somebody tell me how to do that please?

The old forum was http://www.linuxquestions.org/hcl/sh...hp?product=435

Thanks
