USB 3G device error when switch to GSM network mode

Hi every one!
I have a USB 3G device (chipset Qualcomm), when I connect device to Linux, it work fine in 3G network mode, but when I switch to GSM network mode it make reset my modem ( this device using option driver of Linux, and attached to three port ttyUSB0 (unknown), ttyUSB1 (AT command port) and ttyUSB2 (modem port); when switch to GSM network mode, dmesg show that option driver disconnected to these port and then attach again)
Please help me!
Thank you very much.
