UPgrade to Redhat 7.2 from 7.0 disables eth1

I have two nics in my inspiron 7000. Both (eth0 and eth1) worked fine under 7.0. After upgrading to Redhat 7.1 Eth1 (for my internal network) is not even recognized by Linux. At bootup I get some fast screen that I believe maybe an IRQ 11 conflict but I'm not for sure. Eth0 is recogized and working fine. Eth0 is my cable modem connection. Any ideas?

You can review the startup messages by typing "dmesg |less" once you log on. You can use the page up/page down keys to scroll through them. Look for any network-related error messages for clues.

Also:
-What are the model(s) of the NICs?
-What module is each card using?
