university ethernet setup


yeah, uh.. i'm totally confused. i have a hh7.0 set up, works ok, and i also have a linksys ethernet card set up. i want to connect online w/ the linux os, what do i do from here??

The first thing you're going to have to do is talk to the campus IT folks. You'll need configuration info such as your IP, DNS server IPs, gateway IPs, etc.
Exactly what you need depends on their setup.
