Unexpected RCODE message
 

Dear All,
Hope everyone is fine.

Aug 22 11:14:13 dhaka named[1777]: unexpected RCODE (SERVFAIL) resolving 'hyperbiz1.com/A/IN': 174.120.36.179#53

I've got the above error in my server today in tail -f /var/log/message.
Is it serious problem? Can anyone have idea?

It's not serious. It's just an info message.
It means that your server was asked to resolve the domain hyperbiz1.com and failed, because there was a problem with the authoritative dns which is 174.120.36.179. In fact I've tried it here and got the same error in my logs, because the server was unreachable.
