I't s for sure a resolution dns problem my network doesn't look affected by this problem in internet browsing .Am i correct ?

It definitely looks like a name resolution problem--the mail server is unable to find the MX records for gmail.com. Check that you have valid nameservers in /etc/resolv.conf--it might be that the DNS service on the first one listed there is down,, or something similar.
Can you ping gmail.com or av.com? Are you sure you can connect your Linux box to the outside world? Try 'ftp ftp.kernel.org' and tell me if that command returns the ftp logon screen.

I have added my isp'dns to /etc/resolv.conf and i got mail delivered to my account at gmail.com .If i get more errors i will let you know,cheers guys the feedback i get posting here helps me a lot !
