Unable To Log In In Fedora 8 Upgraded To 10mbps Hd Mode

Hi All,
Last Night My Network Was Running Smoothly, But This Morning When My Network Provider Set The Internet Speed To 10mbps Half Duplex Originally From Auto Detect. I Am Unable To Surf Any Sites In Fedora. Every Time I Ping With My Ip Address It Shows That "destination Host Unreachable".

The Changing Was Done In Windows Format In My Network Places, right Click Properties->then Configure->advance->then In Property Box Select "link Speed And Duplex" And Finally 10mbps/half Duplex.

But This I 'd Not Do In Linux. I Am New To Linux And If You Tell Me How To Do That I Will Be Happy.

In linux, you can review and make changes to your ethernet adapter driver config using ethtool (as root).
