Lightbulb unable to get wireless connectio to linux mint


I have Ethernet connection but no wireless connection, for wireless it asks for SSID which I have, but no BSSID as my network were unable to understand my request for the BSSID code. I have linux Mint.

(you can use termbin.com IF you need a way to post the .txt output file)

You have the driver so you may be missing the firmware. Look for b43xx firmware on the mint software repository (synaptic?)

I don't know mint very well but if you google b43xx firmware for linux mint you should find something.

thanks petelq, you solved the problem, I downloaded b43xx as you said, and I have a full menu of all the internet providers, and now I am up and running on wireless.
