Unable to connect Netsys Wireless N Adapter to network

Hi All,

I am unable to connect my Netsys Wireless N 300 M USB Adapter to my access point. I tried on my laptop and on my desktop. Attached is the information taken from my desktop. This has never worked before and I'm trying to get this to connect for the first time. It looks like the driver is detected, but I don't know how to debug this further. wlan0 is the wireless adapter.
